Some of the Valuation jobs we have been involved in during the course of our professional practice are as follows:

1. Inspection, survey, analysis and enumeration of structures, economic trees, crops, farm lands and other structures for compensation due to chemical and crude oil pollution at Ogbogu, Ahoada Local Government Area – 1991, EIF Petroleum Nig. Limited.
2. Survey and enumeration of land and structures for acquisition by ELF petroleum (Nig) Ltd for the extension Project Demonstration Farm - Oboburu, Ahoada Local Government Area - 1992
3. Survey and capital valuation of the Assets of Ben-Dave industries Limited, Land buildings, Equipment, Motor vehicles, Heavy duty machines, Cranes etc. 1992.
4. Survey and capital valuation of the Assets of Max Wonik industries for sale – Wheelbarrow manufacturers - 1992.
5. Enumeration, survey and assessment of structures to be affected for acquisition of land for the construction of Baen kpaen–Ngo– Andoni–Bonny Road project – Federal Ministry of Works and Housing, 1992.
6. Survey and capital valuation of the assets of Artoliti Systems and Services Limited, Ogoja, Cross Rivers State – Toilet soap manufacturing company – Land, Buildings, furniture, fittings, plant machinery, motor vehicles and support equipment – 1993.
7. Survey and capital valuation of the assets of Vegetable Oil producing company, Trans-Amadi, Port Harcourt – 1994.
8. Survey and capital valuation of the assets of ABC Nursery and Primary School – Land, Buildings, Furniture, Fittings, Plants Staff Quarters etc.- 1996.
9. Enumeration of structures, economic trees, crops, farmlands for compensation arising from the right of way acquisition by the Nigerian LNG Limited for its Gas Transmission System, Emuohua, Abua-Odual, Ahoada, Degema Local Government Areas – 1996.
10. Inspection, survey and capital valuation of part of the assets of Old Rivers State Government for assessment sharing purposes, December 1996 to February 1997 – Pabod breweries ltd, (breweries of Grand Beer) Risonpalm Ltd, (Palm Oil Manufacturing Complex), International Airport Hotel Omagua, Hotel Presidential (5 Star Hotels owned by the Rivers State Government).
11. Inspection, Survey and Capital Valuation of various landed properties for mortgage purpose for Individuals and companies.
12. We were part of the consortium that carried out the survey and capital valuation of NAFCON Plant and Machinery in 1998.
13. Valuation of assets (Lands and Building, Plants and Machineries) of Warraten Engineering Company Ltd, Warri, Delta State 2002.
14. Inspection, Survey and Valuation of the Assets of Trade Bank Plc (In liquidation) for Nigerian Deposit Insurance Corporation (NDIC), 2006.
15. Valuation of assets (Lands and building, Plant and Machineries, Furniture and fittings) of the Rivers State House of Assembly, 2008

Land Acquisition And Compensation Assessments

Our firm with its participation in many major Assessments we are technically equipped to handle schemes for clients who may have to deal with communities and land owners in areas of operations.

Professional practice we have been involved in include:

1. Right of way acquisition for the Nigerian LNG Ltd for its gas transmission system projects at Ahoada, Emohua, Okrika, Degema and Bonny Local Government areas 1996-1997.
2. Right of way acquisition by the nigerian agip oil co. ltd 2003 and 2005.
3. Enumeration, Survey and Valuation of properties to be affected by the road dualisation project on Rumuola – Rumuokwuta, Old Aba (First Bank – Rumuomasi – Artillary), Slaughter – Rumuobiakani road.
4. We are currently working as Consultants to the Port Harcourt City Local Government in the assessment of properties for Tenement rating in the Port Harcourt Township (Zone 10) and Elekahia/Nkpogu Village (Zone 1).
